Our pricing reflects just a fraction of the extensive options we provide, and we're eager to craft a quote just for you.
Initial Embroidery Setup Fees:
$50 for standard designs up to 5 inches.
Combo deal: $65 for a setup that includes both a cap and flat item.
Designs larger than 5 inches have a $75 setup fee.
Note: Setup fees are one-time charges per design. In some cases, one fee may cover both cap and flat items, but if the cap requires a separate file due to size, an additional fee may apply.
Embroidery Pricing Overview:
Pricing for custom embroidery is determined by several key factors: the number of stitches, colors used, and order size. Here is our basic pricing structure:
6,000 stitches: For designs sized 3.72" width x 1.97" height (94.4 mm x 50.1 mm), the price starts at $10 per item for orders up to 10 pieces. For orders of 10+ items, the price drops to $8 per piece.
Stitch Count: Larger or more intricate designs with a higher stitch count may increase the price due to the additional time required.
Color Changes: Designs with more than 5 colors may incur additional charges, as frequent color changes increase production time. Designs with 2-3 colors typically do not affect the price.
Additional Details:
Minimum Order: The minimum order is 3 pieces. Smaller orders may incur an additional fee.
Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround is 2-4 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and order size. Rush orders can be arranged upon request.
Shipping and Pickup: We offer both local pickup and delivery. Shipping fees are calculated separately.

Choose Your Items:
Select products from our catalog, or send us your own. We’ll either source your items or prepare yours for embroidery.
Approve the Artwork:
We’ll send you a digital proof for approval. You can either approve the design or request changes before production begins.
Embroidery Begins:
Once the design is approved, we’ll start the embroidery process. No changes can be made after this point.
Complete Your Order:
Pay the remaining balance once your order is complete. Choose either local pickup or delivery (delivery fees apply).
