Initial Embroidery Setup Charges:
A standard fee of $50 applies for straightforward designs under 5 inches.
Opt for our combo deal at $65, perfect for a cap and flat item pairing.
Designs exceeding 5 inches are meticulously crafted for a setup charge of $75.
Please note, the setup charge is applied per design and is a singular fee. In some instances, a combined setup fee might cover both caps and flat items. However, if a cap design necessitates a distinct embroidery file due to size, an additional fee could be incurred.
How to Order Custom Embroidery from Stitch Vendor:
Obtain a Quote: Initiate your order by completing our online quote request. Ensure you upload your design and specify the quantity needed. We'll review and provide a tailored quote.
Confirm Your Order: After receiving your quote, we'll collaborate with you to finalize the details. Ready to proceed? Securely place your order with a 50% deposit online, and we'll prepare your designs for the next steps.
Supply Your Items: Send us the items you wish to be embroidered, whether sourced through us or provided by you. Schedule a drop-off following your order confirmation to ensure a smooth process.
Artwork Approval: We'll send a digital proof for your approval. This is the crucial moment for any last modifications before we move forward.
Production Commences: Post-approval, we'll start the embroidery process. Note that the design is set at this stage, and no further changes can be made.
Finalize Your Order: Upon completion, we'll invoice the remaining balance. Once settled, choose between complimentary local pickup or delivery to your preferred address (delivery fees apply).

If you are purchasing a product from us, there is no order minimum for embroidery services. However, for customer-provided items, there is a minimum embroidery fee of $60.
